2001 Expedition fuel cap problem
I've got a 01 exped. and when i go to fill the tank the cap tries to fly off. I've tried a new one and it still does it. Is there vent clogged any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

There's no vent because the tank is supposed to pressurize for emission control purposes. However, it shouldn't pressurize so much as to blow the gas cap off in your hand. IMO, that's enough pressure to rupture the (plastic) fuel tank and cause a spill. The EVAP system is responsible for pressurizing the tank, so I suspect there's a problem with it. What exactly I don't know, with the limited information at hand.
