i would say the head gasket is leaking on the coolant side of the engine

great the guy that changed the thermostat said he presure tested and said it held 17psi for like half hour

so than when the engine builds boost its goin to the coolant and pushing the coolant out i dont feel a power loss

i would take it to a diiferent guy and get it tested

i had a jeep that had the same problem I had the radiator changed and it did not help so the guy told me it was head gasket on the coolant side had the head gasket changed did not have the problems happen again

if you plan on keeping the programmer I would put ARP head studs on it

take it off is most often the best fix to make sure it does not happen again if you do not want to spend money on the ARP head studs

not affended i filled it to the line on the bottle and the new line that ford but on the bottle still does it
