anyone ever bought these lights or bought from this seller and if so what are your expirences??

Despite his positive feedback numbers, the vendor has more negatives and neutrals than I'd like to see. A lot of them are for poor product quality, but also for poor response performance on his part.
I haven't used this guy, and probably wouldn't.
LED's of significant brightness to be of use in this kind of application tend to have short lives.
The ad says "stock headlight can be used". Is that what you want?
Those are pretty inexpensive. What kind of quality are you expecting?
