Wierd oil leak

I have an oil leak on my '94 IDI turbo.
It's toward the rear of the motor and actually drips off of the rear "sump" of the oil pan.

The weird part is it doesn't leak while it's running.

What do you guys think?
I was thinking rear main seal but I thought there might be a clue here to something else.

i have the same leak, runs down the back of the oil pan, i think mine is a combo of the oil pan gasket and rear main but could be entirely oil pan gasket, it leaked in the front till the ford tech hooked me up with a quick fix that is still holding. fingers crossed. i need to pull it but i am not excited about it nor do i know exactly how to lift the motor and stuff to be able to pull the pan off. not excited about it but i need to.

If the drip is to the passenger side, may be from the valley pan drain.

Check around the rocker cover gaskets, turbo pedistal and CDR for oil getting into the valley pan.

When it drains out, rear passenger side of the engine.

Wouldn't the valley pan drain and sending unit leak oil all of the time and not just when sitting?

As soon as I shut it off it starts leaking.
Start it up, move it to a new spot in the driveway and.......nothing.

I'm starting to think ytlogger might be on to something with the oil pan having a hole above the level when running.

Keep sending in the ideas though.

Or it's leaking while running but the fan and air movement blows it around enough that it doesn't drip?

I'm thinking it may have to run a while before it drips, and when you start it up and move it hasn't leaked enough to drip.
