Brake questions

My 2wd Ex is in need of brakes, mainly rotors I think as the pedal and steering wheel pulsates under moderate braking. Anyway, I'm thinking of upgrading to slotted front rotors. I'm finding a few different brands with a big range in price. Looking at Power Stop and Power Slot Rotors, there is about $160 price diference in the pair with the Power Slots being more expensive. Both are slotted. Why the big difference in price? I'm not a rich man so $240 vs $400 is quite appealing to me, as long as they are similar products? What about having them cryo treated? I'm thinking this would help prevent rotor warp? I do not tow heavy or too often, a 5k lb travel or horse trailer a couple of times per month. Thinking I should replace the wheel bearings while I have the rotor/hub assembly off, the new rotor/hubs come with new races. Or should I just wait and see how the bearings feel? The truck has about 180k miles on it.

Thanks
Shaun

The pulsing might be because you need to grease your slide pins. But if you do replace the rotors, I would do the bearings as well.

Here ya go. Take your pick:

Riffraff Diesel: Power Slot

Not sure if these are for 2wd and 4wd, but either way Clay should be able to hook you up.
