3.0 Replacement motor

We got a quote to replace the 3.0 in a 2000 Ranger with a Long block and turn key for $3086.00 with 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. What do you guys think? Good price?

Are you going to replace by a remanufactured engine, or are they going to overhauled it or rebuild it. What about labor? Is the labor is included? If the labor is included, I find is a really good price... mostly with a 3 years 100 000 miles. I have mine rebuild right now (4.0L) and they charge me 2900 can $ for the engine only and have to add 18 hrs of labor on top of that and with a warranty of 2 years / 24 000 km... I think you have a good deal.
