Hi all, I'm getting ready to tackle the head gaskets in my 6.0. I'll be doing it the poor mans way, cab on. Looks to be pretty straight forward. I'm planning out the steps in my head and collecting parts before I get started. Only thing I can't really see is how to remove the HVAC box as a unit. I hear its pretty simple, but I don't want to be cursing underneath the dash for too long. I know I will take it to the shop to recover the refrigerant before I start. Other then that I can only guess. Is it one piece, or two? Where are the bolts/studs I need to remove and how many? Just don't want to miss one and end up breaking plastic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
