I found a very nice expy but it doesn't have the hooks and stuff in the floor or seatbelts for the third row. Can you add these without to much hassle or is it something that had to be ordered from the factory?
I just went and looked at mine, which has the third seat. It looks pretty involved. Under the truck there is a crossmember where the front and rear attatchment points are. The seat hooks to bars recessed into the floor. It looks like they are cut in and sealed. If these recesses are not under the carpet, I would say you are S.O.L. Seat belt reels are located behind the trim panels, one in the jack storage area, and the other where my rear AC resides. They are anchored to the floor with what looks like plates and a hook type attatchment. There is also an anchor point high on the rear pillars.
I think this is way beyond a retrofit, unless they are all built with the provisions. To find out, you would need to tear into the truck a little. Probably the easiest is to look under the truck. One sheetmetal crossmember above the spare, a second further forward. Second option is to pull up the carpet. Good Luck
Thanks Big Greenie, you have been a big help on my many posts. Thats unfortunately what I thought. I will just keep looking, i thought that all the expeditions came with the third row but apperantly not.

Naw they did not, I can still remember paying extra for it and having it decorate my garage for 99.9% of the time since it was new.
big greenie, i unbolted my seatbelts and dropped them down into the panels. the one on the right side is tied in a knot and tucked away in the jack stow compartment. the left side is just sitting down in the well. took about 10 minutes.
