engine load 25% in park

I have an 03' 6.0L with 170000. turbo started squealing a when spooled up, so i plugged it into a computer and it had no codes, but said the engine load was at 25% in park and neutral. My cat was already gutted so i straight piped it to ensure muffler was not restricted. After a couple of days the squeal went away and has not returned. Pickup still acts a little sluggish. Also when i start it after it hasn't ran for 6 or 8 hours it dies once or twice before it stays running. i am at a loss, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can't comment on your issues, but that engine load is similar to mine, idling in park. I just figure it is the parasitic loads like alternator, coolant pump, etc. So look elsewhere for symptoms.
