gas mileage
guys im looking at geting a newer truck i want a 3/4 or 1ton and want to stay gas so i cant fix it mysalf i know nothing about disels so i was thinkin about a v10 around a year 2000 can anyone help me with hp and tq numbers and mgp the truck will be 4x4 also

It's gonna depend on what kind of truck and size of the engine you're looking for. The 5.4L puts out roughly 260-300HP and 350-365 ft lbs torque. 6.8L 2V is putting out 305hp/420tq, 3V is 362/457. 4.6L 248 hp and 294 lb·ft My V10 6.8L Excurion gets around 12-13 MPG, not modded it's fully stock, could probably hit 14 or 15 with a tuner and some mods, which are to come. Gas mileage isn't going to be too good, so expect that, newer trucks probably hit better numbers.
