Can I farmerize the EPC solenoid and the TCC solenoid?
If I gotta change out the trans anyway, maybe I could monkey around with the solenoids to keep the line pressure from building instead of resetting the codes while I'm building my new trans fund.

I have no idea what that sentence says.

Nor this one.
If you succeed in keeping the EPC from raising line pressure you'll need a rebuild in the first hundred miles or so. The EPC has to raise line pressure when needed or the clutches burn up in seconds.

That will work until the go pedal is more than 10%. Above that it ignores the BOO input.
When something gets farmerized it gets monkeyed with in some unconventional way until it works, sort of. The farmers I know do some pretty crazy stuff to keep their machinery running.
The only reason I'm not gonna change just the TC like you've already suggested is that the trans I'm looking at comes with one.
Also when I was coming home the other day there was a prolonged slip between 2 & 3 which leads me to believe all the clutches are almost toast.
I guess I'll just keep reseting the PCM until I can afford to replace the whole unit.
