Houston we have a problem!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went to Yellowstone this weekend and through the Big Horn Mountains had to go up some pretty good hills, well while going up the hills the truck acted great and did great but if the rpms were at about 23-2500 and bost was a lil over 22lbs and i just let off the throttle it would cough or like clear it throat. Please help need to get this truck ready to pull 18000 lbs camper 2800 miles.

I don't think you have a problem....it's normal for air to vent out the intake if you release the throttle under load..it's referred to as "turbo fart".
