05 STX Leveling Kit
I have a friend that is offering me a leveling kit for my 05 F-150 STX. The kit says its actually for an 03-04 model, and I was wondering if it would fit mine or not. I know that 05 was the first year they changed body styles, but I don't know if anything underneath changed or not. I don't want to tear this truck apart to put it on just to find it doesn't fit, then I have to get it realigned anyways. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I would assume that it would not be the correct one for you truck. I just put a leveling kit on my 06 and it was meant for a 04-08. I know that the 06 has some underneath changes from the 05 so I would imagine there are a few differences in yours as well. Could have been that the 03-04 years nothing changed under the STX while the upper area had some major changes.
