Turn Signal Problems

I have a 94 Aerostar, last week the turn signals/brake lights started to screw up. When I hit the brake, my turn signals light (they dont flash). If I have my turn signals on, and hit the brake, all my brake lights and turn signal lights light up. I have changed the flasher, disconnected the turn signal and ignition wires, but the turn signals still light up when I hit the brake.

Any suggestions?
