Top Cab repair
Ok, what does a man use to repair the cap top to that rimed peace around the upper frame (doors, windshield area). I don't know what it's called, it's like a drip line rim peace hooter bob. Any way the material that was in there (chaulking?) has broken out and is starting to rust a little. What does a person use there after the old is all renmoved and the rust is gone? Surely it is not silicone
Just need a little help on this one please.

I think it is called drip line rim piece hooter bob sealant.
Whew!
Now that that is out of the way, Eastwood Company makes a body seam sealant. Caulking is not used since it traditionally gets hard and falls out. Sealant stays flexible and in place.
