I have a 351m (i have been told its a modified 400), so is it possible to bore/stroke it out to like 409 or 410 c.i. if so how much am i gunna have to expand the rods and cylinders over stock?
dude the only difference between a 351m and a 400 are the crankshaft and pistons, so get a 400 crank and 400 pistons to stroke it, the rods are the same..... to get it to a 410 overbore it 40 over....
He has the same engine block that you do.It is a 335 series block.A 428 crankshaft belongs to a different engine family known as FE series. He will obtain the extra cubic inch through a larger bore size.
