5.8 engine and trans swap
Hello out there.Iam putting a 1995 5.8 engine and trans in a 50'Ford truck and I would like to keep it fuel injected.Does any one know of compeny that makes or will rebuild my engine harness.Thank's..Ziggy

Beats me. Best get the whole harness from the donor if possible methinks.

Iam not sure if its a roller motor or not.Not sure that it matters on the fuel injection harness.I have the harness out of the doner truck.If I could find someone to rebuild it with just the things I need to run the engine and trans,that would be great.I have sent a e-mail to Painless wiring to see if they can help.I will post any info I find.....

There are ways to do this, I can't tell you where to look but I know that it's not that hard. From the engine harness there are only like 5-6 wires that need to hook up to the the rest of the car. Search the internet, use Google. the info is out there!

It's been done by members here on this forum, FWIW I remember seeing a thread recently with pictures of the wiring harness all torn apart and getting sorted out.
A '95 5.8 is a roller motor as well.
