Hey everyone, new guy here. Just got a 93 E350 box van with the 460. Installed a new fuel pump for it today (was told that was all it needs to run) but no dice. It cranks and cranks and cranks even when spraying starter fluid through the intake (and acts like it wants to go but doesn't). Pretty sure I hooked up the lines to the right ports on the fuel pump, and tomorrow Im going to be changing the filter out.

Took a quick look at the motor, and saw this.



Is that an IAC? As you can see, a line broke off. Would this cause a no start condition?
