I would change all the fluids in it personally. Check over all of the brakes and real wheel seals. On the engine itself I would pull the air intake and check over the turbo shaft and housing to see if it looks ok. Check vacuum pump or replace as they commonly go. Check over all the idler pullies and tensioner, replace belt if not recently done. That should be a good start.
it shouldnt need much at only 140k. thats really low. beautifull truck!!! i would loose the stock air box and go napa 6637 filter so it can breath. fuel filter, new belt- they have those kevlar belts that are awsome. other than that regular maintance and it should be fine. i also would add a additive to the fuel. you can buy the expense stuff or marine two stroke oil works awsome. the diesel today has lost alot of its lube in it. i dont know if your looking to do any upgrades but there are lots of them that will extend the life of the trucks. AKA downpipe and 6637 air intake. not to mention mpgs.
I take care of the drivetrain first on my rigs. Good synthetics in the pumpkins, transfer case and transmission. Good serviceable u joints (I always have the shafts balanced but thats just a pet peeve of mine). Also a good time to replace those rotten Torx head bolts on the rear driveshaft caps. The original caps shouldn't be used again anyway. Regular brake, bearing and steering gear inspections. Springs bushings and hanger check. Regular oil and filter changes. Fuel filter replacement about every 8 to 10K.
