AC head unit

AC head unit
My AC head unit would not come on when I started the truck. No power completely dead. I put the truck into park and turned it off, waited a few seconds and started the truck again,and the head unit was now working. This has happened twice over about a month. I took the truck to the dealership and they show no thrown codes. Any help here would be appreciated.

Yes it is the electro unit in the lariat. When it would not come on it was completely dead no illumination. When it powered up after a restart it would illuminate. The service Mgr told me they have had lots of probs with the expedition electro head units, they havent seen too many happen to the superdutys.

Update, Spoke with the dealer, they replaced the electro unit this morning with a new one. Thay had a F250 come in wiith a similar prob last week. It was covered under the extended warrante.
