I’m trying to do the BIG 3 upgrade on a 93 F150 5.0 But, I’ve run into a fusible link. Obviously the size of the link is dramatically different and not conducive to the upgrade. What can I do to complete the upgrade? An in-line fuse perhaps, and if so what amp fuse should I use?
thanks a million! you helped save on the head ache. what did you do with the other wire that was on the fuse link that hooked to the ALT? (I think it's yellow.)

The yellow wire gets looped back to the charge post on the alternator.
I see you still have two of the stock wires on the pos term. i know one goes to the starter... whats the other one going to? My terminals haven't been stock in years.
