BIG 3 upgrade

I’m trying to do the BIG 3 upgrade on a 93 F150 5.0 But, I’ve run into a fusible link. Obviously the size of the link is dramatically different and not conducive to the upgrade. What can I do to complete the upgrade? An in-line fuse perhaps, and if so what amp fuse should I use?

What fuse link are you speaking about? Alternator?

yes coming off the Alt.

You have stock 95 amp alternator?

I have a 200 amp alt and I run a 250 amp circuit breaker.

For now I do. but am going to upgrade in the near future

is there any way I can see a pic from a side angle. like if I was looking from the passenger side?

Here ya go. I have my 0 gauge run to sub amp, 0 gauge for alternator, and 4 gauge for highs amp.

Go ahead and run your 0 gauge big 3 and use a 125 amp fuse for now until you upgrade to a better alt.

The yellow wire gets looped back to the charge post on the alternator.

I see you still have two of the stock wires on the pos term. i know one goes to the starter... whats the other one going to? My terminals haven't been stock in years.
