The drivers side headlight assembly is held in place with a zip tie...lol, not really funny but it is what it is. What would i have to replace to make the fixture mount in place correctly....need to fix this for my son and was not known until after purchase of the vehicle ...his first vehicle help me out here...thanks
Remove the headlamp and check the back of it for any remnants of broken mounting tabs. Also look around the area where it is supposed to mount to see if any broken parts are still attached to the radiator wall or the panel that is directly behind where it sits. You could remove or try to locate the mounting tabs or screws for the passenger side head light and see how it mounts to see what's missing on the drivers light. To save some money you should be able to get a usable OEM light from a wrecking yard, but you may need to check around at more than one yard. New headlamps from a dealer will be a bit expensive. Take your old one with you to make a comparison.
