ok take this for what its worth. you shound not use dish soap in the cooling system, dish soap can cause cavation issues and be very hard to get all out.
the issue with dish soap is how much it foams/suds.
use either simple green or cascade (for a dishwasher).
also please dont make the mistake that dawn will do what vc9 does. dawn will do nothing to rust and scale build up. it will only remove oil and greese.
vc9 does not work so well on oil and grease but works great on rust and scale.
