is there a oring or gasket that is easy to replace on the oil fill tube? looks like thats been making a mess on top the valve cover
In the second pic the fuel line looks wet. Check to see if it smells like diesel at the bracket. The fuel line can rub on the bracket and cause a leak. If your leaking 1/2 quart every 500 miles you don't have a major leak. Best thing to do is clean everything up. A common oil leak is the dipstick tube as it goes into the oil pan.
edit: pics did not show up in reply but I was referring to pics in post 10

i need to look at that spot on the engine! i did order all the parts to fix that one tho, just been waiting for the leak to show up there..
crawled under it to get pics again, look at all the oil thats gathered on the inspection pan lip of the trans from sitting overnight. see it on my finger in the pic too
last of the pics for now. anything you guys want pictured to help diagnose?
i wiped that trans pan and stuff down last night when i got home to see if that would tell me where its leaking from, thats why its so shiny. i cant beleve how much oil gets built up there overnight, seems almost like its running down into the inspection cover and then out the drain on it or the lip.
Great pics. I can definitely see the puddle. Check to make sure it's not diesel. It could be mixing with all the old sludge and appearing to be a oil leak. The pics in post 22 kind of looks like a fuel leak.

Like I said before that fuel line looked wet at the bracket. You could take off the bracket and clean up the line then start the truck and check for leaks. Stick your finger in the puddle and see if it thinned out like it's mostly fuel. The smell test would also be a good indication. You really need to clean everything up then check for leaks. Some of the pics have so much crud built up on them that it is hard to tell what you are looking at. I see you did the ccv mod. A lot of the crud is probably from leaking boots.
