Weird Idle...

So i noticed that when the truck is in park, it idles high, but when its in drive it idles alot lower right where i like it, 78 F-150 with a holley 4bbl that was just rebuilt professionaly

That's the beast of automatics. Unless you install a super loose, high stall convertor, you'll lose 150-300 RPM going from neutral to drive.
