... 1979 Ford F-250 door panels? Looks like they are.

I found a nice set off a 79 Bronco, online, but wasn't sure
if those door panels would be able to be swapped out for
a pair of cracked-to-hell F-250 panels?

Yes. All 1973-1979 dentside interior door panels will interchange. Some panels have padded inserts that require window cranks with a longer mounts.
