If you have 5 lugs it's a f100

If you post the Warranty plate info (drivers door below the latch) the Guy's here can tell you all about your truck.

check the fuses..also, try unscrewing the switch and if its all gummed up in its port, see if clearing it out will cure the problem.
You have an F100...8 lug= F250, 5= F100

Thanks everyone for your help. After I jumped the wires for the switch and the lights came on, I went to my local parts house and grabbed a switch. I have an account there, so for a whopping $4.40, I now have fully functional lights. Now I will clean her up and head out to the cruise in night tonight. Thanks again!
