Lots of folks use Lexol Lexol Leather Care Including Vinylex and Kozak Products
I'm sure there will be more suggestions.
As far as the routine maintenance is concerned, I'd suggest reading through the "6.0 Tech Folder" sticky at the top of this forum. There's enough in there to keep you busy for hours

Make sure you get a copy of the Scheduled Maintenance Guide. Most of what you need will be found in there.

Coolant filter highly recomended. Change coolant before reccomended coolant changes. Delete Egr before you need Alegra! Read past post's for more info (EGR and manifold PLUGGED WITH COKE). This motor needs lots of Attn, But is well worth it if your pulling your house and boat at the same time. I deleted egr,rebuilt oil cooler from prev owner of my 2004 and it runs like swiss watch and 0 smoke. P.S 06 diesels egr valve's need to be plugged in so CEL light doesn't come on after egr delete. or unplug egr and buy dummy egr to plug in.
