Wierd Occurances or Paranoid?

So today, I get in my truck, and crank it up. Apparently, something had been draining on my battery all day at work, because it just BARELY fired off. Odd. I checked, and nothing was left on. On the way home, I noticed my turbo had a really REALLY high pitched whistle after I let off the gas. IT seemed like the turbo was still spooled up, but the gauge showed it going down. And then on top of that, I know its a small amount. But Fuel PSI is normally 51. On the way home, it was 49-50. Am I just being paranoid? I'm making the 12hr drive to panama city beach, Fl tomorrow morning, and am starting to get jitters lol.

I started my truck not to long ago here at home, and it took forever to start. I didnt know this at the time, but I do now, I'm certain it was because my truck was low on oil and it had to prime the HPOP. Could this have anything to do with the fuel pressure dropping?

I'll leave your fuel pressure question for someone who knows more about it than I do, but I think it would be a good idea to get those batteries load tested before you take off on that trip.

I would DEFINITELY get the batteries tested--you'll have to disconnect the passenger side ground so they can be done separately. Low batteries can cause hard starts and FICM death and heat is really a batteries worst enemy.

The fuel pressure can change as the truck heats up the fuel. Mine always drops a couple of lbs hot. I would stress that your fuel pressure is on the very low side of safe, with 45 being the bare minimum. I don't think your HPOP had anything to do with your fuel pressure drop, but the fitting could. Sometimes the o-ring gets cut on install but it usually fails fairly quickly. Get your batteries checked FIRST and scan for the ICP next.
