Gauge Readings

I just put in my gauges a few weeks ago and was wondering what my normal operating readouts should be. You can see my mods in my sig for referance. Im pushing about 24lbs of boost full throttle and have seen up to 26lbs at 100mph+. My tranny temp is between 150* and 180* operating. And my EGTs never get above 1000*. Do all of these check out pretty well?

Egts never got above 1000* in what tune ?

I can get my Egts above 1000* in my 80E. I have no boost leaks , up pipes have no leaks also.

I wish I could keep my egts down that low. Still trying to find out why I got high EGTs........

Ive seen 1000* one time, and it didn't go over that, in 120hp race, at 100mph+. But I never have gone above 1000* and I'd say I've pushed it pretty hard a few times. I'm not sure what the key to keeping mine low is. Just intake and exhaust I guess, I don't really have too many mods.

I have the same exact exhaust as deerslayer165 and I get EGT readings over 1000 quite often. I wonder where he actually has his thermocouple placed at and if it is a clamp on or thread in type. If he is still running the stock turbo, I can't see how his EGTs are below 1000 with tunes.

I wonder if the Pyro is pre or post turbo. Not getting over 1000 degrees is suspect.

24 lbs boost? I am running untuned right now and I am only seeing 12-14 lbs at wot. Do I have a boost leak or is that normal? Sorry for the hijack.

Well I hooked up my boost and pyrometer gauges this evening and the boost gauge does not register anything. The pyro is working fine. I disconnect the connection on the MAP line and get no movement one way or another at the open connection. I have 1/8 line running off of the 1/4 MAP line. I have checked the entire runn for kinks finding none. Sorry to post a long question on your post.
