Rattle

Hey Guys,
I need an experts opinion on a rattle I am getting from my truck, this forum is the only one I look at so I thought I would ask here.
Last February I search here about a rattling noise I was getting in the front of the truck and found some good info on changing out the bushings on the sway bar, I have done that and the rattle is still there.
Shocks are tight and fairly new but I have no idea what this could be.

Can you help?
Thanks,
Scott

PS there are 45,000 miles on this truck....

Rattle like a metallic sound... possible the inspection cover on the front/bottom of the transmission or one of the heat shield welds broke. Does it rattle at idle or only when moving?

I had a rattle sound myself, drove me crazy looking for it turned out to be a small stone got behind one of the heat sheilds.

No, this is not a metalic rattle, though I do have that buzzy thing too. This is a clunky sort of sound in the floor boards supposedly caused by the bushings in the swaybar...

Thanks for asking,
Scott

Found it!

It looks like my new heavy duty shocks are hitting the lower mounts. The fit is very close and the rubber bushings in the shock eyes give just enough to contact the mount when the truck is going down the road.

One for the books, eh?
