Question EGR Valve Removeal
I have my Int. Man. out but how do you get the EGR valve out of it? Also what is the torque for the bolts that bolt the oil cooler to the block?

remove the two bolts from the EGR valve. With the intake manifold removed I'm not sure that you have to rotate the valve for clearance but it should just come straight up and out. They get really corroded with gunk and may take a lady's foot crowbar to pry out. It's not easy sometimes, but only the two bolts hold it physically in.

The oil cooler bolts to the engine block are to be torqued to 16 ft-lbs. as per Ford Workshop Manual specs.
