Isspro EV boost gauge problems
Looking for some input... put my gauges in a week ago and the boost gauge wasn't working right. It would only read 7 psi max and made a buzzing sound starting around 5 psi. I took everything back apart- no kinks in the boost gauge tubing and all the fittings were tight (and Teflon taped). I took the boost gauge out and jerry rigged it to my compressor set to 30 psi and was able to get the gauge to read 23 psi, which seems okay considering that there wasn't a perfect seal between the compressor and the gauge. Does anyone have any suggestions or input before I put it all back together again?

IIRC from the Isspro troubleshooting guides (they are out there somewhere on the Information Superhighway) stick a tiny screwdriver inside the fitting on the back of the gauge and tighten a bit. Good Luck!

Unplugged the MAP hose from the truck, plugged one end and put the Mityvac on the other end. PSI on the Mityvac gauge wasn't matching PSI on the boost gauge... it was reading about 1/2 of what the Mityvac showed. Looks like a bad gauge head I'd guess, gonna talk to Michael at Isspro to see if he has any suggestions.
