Ok, So I know its been months since my last post. Since then I've added a headache rack and more importantly a AirRaid cold air intake and a CFM up-pipe and elbow. The turbo spools up a lot faster at 65mph+ but MPH is still the same and hurting. Does anyone have any ideas?

Those mods there are placebos at best. There are zero benefits from an intake specifically until you are hitting 3700(and AirRaids I think are a little higher then that, K&N is the one that has the 3700 and that's the quickest) and that is well outside the operating range of a stock truck or even a tuned one(2000 and 3300 TQ/HP respectively).
As to what might be hurting mileage, it could be the mods that you put on there or it could be a pletheora of other things as well. Way too many variables to nail it down to one or two specific ones. Not at the average vehicle owner's level anyway.
As always I agree with Tex. You should really consider putting your stock air box back on. Besides the fact there is no bennifit from it, it is really bad for your turbo and motor. Too many cases of dusted motors from am intakes.

im not sure if you are having MPG concerns or MPH concerns.
first ill go after the MPG, I know what the issue is please read the quote. stop spooling the turbo up so much.
So far as MPH goes it all comes down to more air/fuel in and more air fuel out. well so far you have only added more air in. so you wont see any thing at all.
