Looks awsome, did you have to use specific type of spray gun?

Ok. I did the job with 2 kit boxes(one gallon each) In the kit is a half gallon of polymer resin, a quart of activator, quart of catalyst, a pint of black dye( replace this with color for color match), and Primer(adheasion promoter, Just a clear liquid they give you a spray bottle to apply with)

I used the AL'S spray gun.

It is layed down 1/8" - 3/16"

Going down to bare metal I would think a better primer would be needed.

They wanted a primer etcher on bare metal then sand that with 36 grit. I was not going to prime it only to sand it all off with 36 grit

36 grit!?!?!? Damn. Might as well take a wire brush to it.

My 73 has a bad lining that's flaked off in spots and has crustyness... I'll probably prime with a good epoxy primer like DP40.

I did mine recently and I can really appreciate how the PREP work to get ready to do the bedlining is SO much more involved than the actual painting/coating.

I think I did about 15-20 hours of wire wheeling to get the whole inside down to bare metal - then I scuffed it up with 60 grit and wiped/prepped before coating.

I used a roll-on product, and I'll admit yours looks a lot nicer (more consistent texture, etc) - but for what I use the truck for? It'll be fine!

Awesome job - keep it up!

BTW, I'm also a Brad, (but a "Bradford", not a "Bradley") - Maybe I should call myself Petrol Brad since you're Diesel Brad
