Tow package...how do I know?

Tow package...how do I know?
My new to me 05 6.0 F250, cc, sb, lariat, 2wd did not come with the rear sway bar or the overload springs like I had on my 03 7.3 F250. Got me thinking, if the 05 doesn't have these items, how do I know it has the towing package? Is it in the vin #? I thought the tow package included a trans cooler, where would this be located?
Sorry for the dumb question but my eyes were a little closed when I purchased this truck.

I have an 05 also with the trailer towing package...
It comes with the towing receiver under the rear bumper mounted on the frame, also I have both the 4 pin and 7 pin wiring harness plugs next to the receiver.

Thanks for the reply. I thought all f250's came with a frame mounted hitch...so if I have a frame mounted hitch and both size plug connectors then the truck has the tow package. Should it have a trans cooler also? If so, where is it located?

Every 5R110W has a Tow/Haul button.......or is that the point and I am being obtuse again?

As I recall, ALL super-duties come with what people normally think of a "towing package"; that is, a hitch and trailer wiring, and a trans cooler.
The "Tow Boss" package adds the factory trailer brake controller and the towing mirrors.
The overload spring and the sway bar (for the OP) are part of the CAMPER package.

Might be, I was just told that it was a part of the tow package, but that was just what I was told from another salesman on another truck. He might not have known.
