ALCON,
When I put fuel in my front fuel tank, it starts to transfer to my rear tank. If the rear tank if full, then it overflows and pushes out the fill tube of the rear tank. Any ideas????

there was a recall about that problem. Something about filling up one tank, overflowing the other... Might wanna check to see if yours was done. Think it was about 2000 maybe '01.
my buddy that has a 93 just like mine just got a letter in the mail last month telling him to come in and get the recall work done....
lol, letter said do not park near any buildings in the meantime, truck could catch fire even when parked
That recall is for the Speed Control switch & fuse.
The recall he is talking about above is for the 1993 with the bad fuel pressure regulators.
They replaced the regulator and put outside check valves on the pressure lines from each tank. The old bad regulators let the pressure go too high and destroyed the high pressure check valve in the non running FDM.
I think this recall has expired.
