Heat not working
I just recently got a 98 E350 and although the front and rear a/c is cold sometimes it gets too cold and when I try to blend it with the warm air it stays cold. I even moved the temp control all the way to hot on both vent and a/c and it doesn't get hot, what can it be?

I'm betting it's the blender door motor, it's located on the passenger side on the side of the heat/ac box, I had to do mine a few years ago, it's an electric motor, when it goes out, you have heat or ac.
