the easiest way would be to change over to dually rotors and hubs
thats the hard way actually.
not that swapping hubs/rotors is all that bad of a job,but compared to just bolting on an adapter with no need to remove anything it is.
So far we have, he shipped to me, I still have mine ... All good to me! Naw, I'm only kidding, he'll get mine, he just isn't in as big of hurry as I.
fh : )_~
LOL My wife and a buddy half raz me about that. I say there's not enough trust in the world and Festus and many others on this forum are A-OK in my book!
Besides I have his address lol
Plus anyone that will give up their time to help out others via online forum is usually a pretty safe bet they're a good 'ol honest person. Glad to hear they're working out for ya!
oh boy,i just found two "like brand-new" he claims 225/75/16 on craigslist for 50 bucks.
going to get 'em tonight so im ready.
these ones are LT Wild trac
i guess ideally they say you shouldn't mix brands but hey when the price is right who cares.
that makes 3 good pro's for this tire size.lowered truck for easier loading, lower geared for better hauling, and i keep scoring great deals on used tires in this size.
only payed 200 for the 4 i got now lol and they are like new still too.im loving it.

Rest assured my friend, You'll never see them!
And I am rattling your cage except for the first one, they are correct, you have taken a risk, but you will not lose on this risk, that I guarantee, As I've told you in PM, You ask, They'll be shipped the next business day, regardless of the time of day or any hoops I would need to jump through!
Might be even longer 'till I need 'em as my welder just broke! Darn trigger switch on the mig gun. No local parts since it's an old century welder (I think it's a cheap lincoln???) 135.00 for a new gun for a welder I *hate*, ~1000 bucks for a new Lincoln SP180C, 25.00 to order a new switch online and wait for it or try and rig up a temporary switch...heh
All the above choices suck in one aspect or another!
Naw, That bites dude, Personally, If I didn't like my welder I would look for a reason to break it so I have a reason to buy one I want ...
I have a 6 year old Millermatic 250 and I love it, finite adjustments, can handle anything I need to weld (except fine aluminum work, spools are worthless for that), it is a bit big for body work, but a change of wire and liner and it'll even do that right nicely, I need to replace the lead and .035 liner, it got kinked and now spits wire, the 0.23 liner still works good in it so I have not been forced to do so yet.
Vanderbilt Wild Trac Radial LTR 225/75/16
well these tires are like he said alright.there's still a few hairs on 'em even.you can just tell a little they were on the front with a little chop just starting.
one of the best $50 ($25 each) iv ever spent.
im all set for duals as soon as the front adapters arrive now.
you guys with welders and know how, make me jealous.that would be handy to have and know how to use right there.
Chunk of plastic from the garbage, part of a broken razor blade for the contact pad, small #4 screw to hold the razor blade in, bit of zip tie under the end of the razor blade to provide some "lift" to it to make better contact and a chunk of tig welding wire for a new switch pivot. Works better than the rigged up N.O. push button switch I was using in it before lol
I found another push button switch but it was N.C. I would have to held my finger down to stop welding and release to weld.. haha
Oh and make sure the #4 screw doesn't just barely poke through the switch.. if you touch it while welding it tickles hehe
