That looks like a great recipe but I like a little... well... a LOT of pink to my meat, and 10-12 minutes of cooking sounds a bit long for my tastes. Plus only 6 burgers out of 2lbs of meat + extra ingredients??? WOW.... that's a BIG BURGER!!! Better bring a hammock!

 

Cooking times vary by taste and altitude....

As for the ingredients, the crab boil gives it a nice spicy kick.

 

Hmmmmm Now that does sound like a good recipe.
I like using the pre-shaped patties and let em sit in marinade overnight. I may have to try that recipe tho.
For the bigger burgers...I just double up on the patties.
And then the chicken with homemade bbq sauce... (Dont worry Lisa....My Lisa makes the sauce. Good stuff!)

Sides.... chips.... barley pop.... Not sure how much work will get done now. hehe

 

I'll bring some brats or something for the grill. For tools I'm planning to bring:

Air Compressor - 22gal 110v (need to check/rebuild/replace impact guns)
50' or 75' air hose
3/8" drive 150 ft-lbs torque wrench
1/4" drive ??? in-lbs torque wrench (GPs, injector bolts)


Work I hope to get done:
Front diff fluid change
Auto-hub clean & grease
Trans fluid flush (maybe - need to check mileage)


It'll be me & Tracie there - no pups to avoid "issues"

I'll see if Tracie can be persuaded in to making up a side or dessert - that girl.... DUH-DUH-DAYUM can she cook!!!

 

I'll make sure my 15qt fluid catcher is empty. I think it is still full from my last oil change.

Sheesh All I wanna do torque my inject and rocker bolts. If enough time allows, maybe replace my rear leafs as I have a busted one in the pack on the drivers side. I found a replacement set for $200 about 9 months ago just never got around to it.
