Stabilizer Link
Here's the catch. I went to install the right side one and realized that I need to either move the Y Pipe, or the engine?
Just looking for some suggestions..
Thanks
Glenn

Maybe a little more information on the truck may help.

Just hoping someone has some hints for replacing the vertical links (Dogbones) on the stabilizer without dropping my exhaust or jacking my engine. I am unfortunately limited on resources for lifts, etc on this vehicle.
Glenn
The stabilizer link is attached to the frame via a block that is bolted to the bottom of the C channel. Once I got this off, I could pop the link right out of there and replace.
If anyone else has this issue, keep in mind that you CANNOT just buy one link. Ford has re-designed them to the point where if you replace only one you will rip the other one out in the process shortly after the installation.
Just thought I would toss that one out there for ya!
