No STI input plug

Quick question...............89' f250 4X4

I have no problems with the truck right now. But..... I was looking at the "self test plugs" and I have one (bigger one) and no single plug. I always "jumped the two out then read the MIL lamp". But I do not have the STI (single plug).
Looking at the schematic I have, the single test wire is supposed to be B/W, right? Or am I missing something?

Scratchin my head here......

It should be a White wire with a Red stripe.
