engine surge
1900 to 2200 rpm sounds like it's going into and out of overdrive, because once in a gear, the RPM won't move around that fast over that great a range, in one gear..
Try turning OD off and see what it does.
Cam chain tensioners should not cause it either.
Cam position sensor controls fuel injection timing.
If you feel a stumble in OD between 45 and about 60, it may be a coil pak if a 4.6 or a coil (cop) if a 5.4 motor.
