AC Help!

Hey guys. I hadn't ran my AC since December until today to find out it is still blowing stong, but only hot air. Since December, I only ran the fan a few times but never more than that. Did lack of use freeze it up or what? Can I get it running again myself? Any opinions?

you don't have nearly enough info to help fix it, but most ac problems start with checking the pressures
