I'm lookin at a truck to buy. It has a rebuilt 460. It is a 1979 F-350. How many miles per gallon should this truck get? He said it has 325 HP. Is there anything to look out for on these trucks?

Like Dennis said there have been a couple of frequent threads recently asking the same question. Do a search to find out more. Assuming your 79 is a carburated model... think below 10 MPG and you'll be in the ballpark Deen
