Some specs for a 262 engine

I want to do regular tune up stuff on the engine and need to know a couple of things. If anyone can tell me, I'd sure appreciate it.

1) Recommended spark plug type

2) Recommended spark plug gap - points distributor.

3) Intake rocker to valve clearance - Do I adjust hot or cold?

4) Exhaust rocker to valve clearance - Hot or cold?

Thanks,
David

From "The Ford Service Technician: Servicing the 262 Ford Truck Engine (1961)"

Champion 860 (or modern equivalent)
Size: 18mm
Spark Plug Gap: 0.028" to 0.032"
Torque: 15-20 foot-pounds

Contact Points Gap: 0.024" to 0.026"
Dwell Angle: 35-38 degrees

3) Intake rocker to valve clearance - Do I adjust hot or cold?

4) Exhaust rocker to valve clearance - Hot or cold?
From "1963 Ford Service Specifications"

Hot Intake Valve Lash: 0.019"
Hot Exhaust Valve Lash: 0.019"

Cold Intake Valve Lash: 0.019"
Cold Exhaust Valve Lash: 0.019"

Setting valve lash while HOT is the preferred method.
