Need help
I bought a 81 Ford F350 two months ago. Now the motor is a 460 which came out of a 79 mercury car with a C4 trani. After getting the motor running by replacing the distrib n plugs wires n new holly carb, i take my truck out for a run n notice the trani sucks. im assuming the person before me hauled alot n being a car trani, wore it out. My question is will a C6 truck trani bolt to my 460 motor? Please help i d hate to have to ditch the motor for it only has 57,000 miles on it...Thanks
