I can't find anything in the truck stating what size rim this is -- Anyone know by looking at this rim. I actually have the original window sticker for the truck and it only says these rims were an option, but doesn't say what size etc...
It's the width that I needed to verify -- doesn't look like I'll be able to get away with the 315/75-16's on this rim
Anyone know the max size wheel they would use on this -- with a 4-5" lift that's being installed ?
I easily put 305/70/16E on mine wtihout a lift. No rubbing.
If you are doing the lift I'm not sure that you would have any problems with 315's on the stock rims...but don't take my word for it.
BTW...the sticker inside the driver's side door could have answered the stock wheel size question.
The sticker also lists the stock tires pressures, which are different than what the tires are rated for. I found that filling the tires to tire company specs instead of Ford specs DID effect the handling of the truck negatively, until all of the "other" items were adderssed...
