Here is the project I am currently starting...I will be bagged and bodied, I am thinking of using a 88-98 chevy front suspension to do away with the i beams...it has a 302 with a 9" rear end
I am searching more into the Crown Vic swap...not sure if I want to spend the money for a Mustang II swap...I think that is a little more than I want to spend...plus the wheel selection on a chevy is much greater...If anyone has any imput on the Crown Vic swap I'm all ears!

A Crown Vic ain't a Chevy.
That's my only input, but it should help you quite a bit in your search!
Just to clarify....when building a truck like this and not wanting to go so deep into the pockets a chevy suspenions is an inexspensive way to do it...my buddy who will be doing the fabricating has done this swap before and it worked great...not to mention I got a donor chevy truck already...I don't look at it as go FORD or go home...I look at it as the bodystyle I want to build and weather it's a full custom frame or parts from other makes then so be it...I hope everyone enjoys the build and if not...that's your opinion..thanks for the comments
Consider the Mustang II system using with Paul Horton's Welder Series kit.. all the pieces are laser cut and all ya gotta do is fold them up and weld it together. More budget friendly than Fatman Fabrications!!!
Subscribing too cuz I wanna track your build (been thinking of doing the same) so post LOTS of pics. Btw, thems nice F100 emblems you got there.... I'd be interested!!!

As far as budget goes, I got the chevy truck donor for $150 so I can't beat that lol and make offer on the emblems
