Just curious...how do you turn without tearing the fenders off?
I was wondering that as well.
Also, do you have pictures of the frontend swap? You are obviously slamming this truck but could you do the frontend conversion and retain the stock height?
The truck will be on air so it will raise up so the wheels have clearance to drive. The rendering is of the truck laid out with the air let out of the suspension.
Poison: I'm sure you could do this swap and keep the stock chevy ride height no problem.
looks like a good project an cool color combo. Like the one with the black on it not crazy bout lowriders but interesting build. The black & silver combo looks like something from Overhaulin with Chip Foose.
Sorry for the late response guys....yes, jsutton is right on with his answers lol thanks!! and I wish I could post more pics but i can't b/c the build is going into one of the mags so I can't post too many pics...and like jsutton said, yes...I'm sure you can use the same clip conversion on a stock or lowered truck...just remember it changes the lug pattern unless you do some converting in the front
I know what Last Resort is doing and why. I dont know why Poison Oil Racing would want to swap in a Chebby front suspension and keep the stock ride height??????????????? Makes no sense to me to go to all the work and expense of swapping out the Twin I beams for Chev stuff if youre not going to slam it............
Well, the Ford body will be the only thing Ford on the truck basically....all the suspension has been changed over to chevy and it will have a small block 350 in it
